What a move-out clean includes

All floors vacuumed, mopped or machine-scrubbed; carpet extraction available
Every surface, ledge, baseboard and vent dusted and wiped
Kitchen: inside and outside of cabinets, appliances, sink and counters
Washrooms fully cleaned and sanitized, fixtures descaled
Interior glass, partitions and door hardware
Walls spot-cleaned; scuffs and marks addressed where possible
Debris and leftover packaging removed to your building's disposal

How it's priced

One fixed price for the job, based on square footage, condition and what's included. Anna confirms it on a short call, so there are no surprises on the day. Flexible dates are easier to fit in and often cheaper.
