Plain-language summary of what we collect, why, and what we do with it. Meridian Building Solutions follows Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
When you request an estimate, walkthrough or callback we collect your name, company, email, phone number and details about the space (type, size, cleaning frequency). If you choose to tell us, we also record the address of the space and notes about your current cleaning service. Our website sets no analytics cookies unless we say so on this page.
To contact you about your request, plan a walkthrough or call, prepare a scope and price and, if you become a client, schedule and deliver cleaning services and invoice you. We also use the type of space and area you tell us about, in aggregate, to decide which services and neighbourhoods to serve next.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the tools we use to run the business (customer records, email, invoicing and accounting software), which are bound to keep it confidential.
Our cleaners work to a written checklist and do not read, move or photograph documents, screens or personal items. Keys, codes or alarm information you give us are stored securely and returned or reset when our agreement ends.
You can ask us any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling (780) 707-8167. We'll respond within 30 days.
